When you visit our website (taichi.help) we use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our pages — through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay — so we can improve our content. These tools use cookies and similar technologies; IP addresses are processed in a shortened, pseudonymous form and any text you type is masked in recordings. Visitors in the EU/EEA are asked for consent before these analytics load, and you can decline at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings. Tai Chi Coach stores practice progress, selected goals, reminder settings, language preferences, and optional entries such as weight locally on your device. This information is used to provide the app experience and is not uploaded to Laqen LLC servers by the current Android version.
If you purchase a subscription, Google Play processes your payment. Adapty processes subscription status, product identifiers, transaction status, and pseudonymous app or device identifiers needed to show paywalls and restore premium access. We do not receive your full payment card details.
The app may process limited technical and usage information for reliability, subscription operation, and diagnostics when those services are enabled. If you contact support or submit a website form, we receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address and message.
The current Android version does not request camera or microphone access and does not collect photos, videos, audio recordings, precise location, contacts, or data from a health platform. Practice and optional weight entries remain on your device unless you choose to share information with us through support.

Local app data remains until you clear app data or uninstall the app. Subscription records are retained by the relevant providers according to legal and operational requirements.
