If you bought a printable programme (PDF) or bundle on this website, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, or include your receipt. The money goes back to your original payment method; banks usually show it within 5–10 business days.
In-app subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies.
