Sit tall and lift one knee, then the other, at a calm walking rhythm for 30-60 seconds.
Keep heels down and lift the toes, then keep toes down and lift the heels. Repeat slowly.
Circle both shoulders backward, then forward, without lifting them toward the ears.
Let the arms swing gently forward and back from relaxed shoulders while the torso stays tall.
Move slowly, keep the joints soft, and let your breathing stay natural.
Do not force the range, lock a joint, move quickly, or hold your breath.
Stop with pain, pressure, unusual shortness of breath, or dizziness.
